Andy Lawandales was born in Charleston, SC in 1957 as the first son of Greek parents, Mary and Andrew.
He was raised in Georgia, spending his teen years in East Cobb and graduating from Wheeler High School. Andy enrolled in the University of Georgia in 1975 and graduated in 1979 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration- Marketing. In 1980, he entered the Material Handling industry with Clark EQ as an Account Manager and eventually was promoted to Manager of Customer Service Sales. From 1985-1991, he worked as an Account Manager for Ogden EQ, Co., Crown Lift Trucks, and Atlanta Forklifts. From 1992 to present, he has been a principal owner and operator of the Warehouse Equipment Company in Canton, Georgia, eventually becoming Warehouse Equipment Solutions.
